The costs related to the entire employment and relocation process to Poland may vary depending on factors such as the type of employment, the employee’s country of origin, and the specific industry. All values are provided in PLN, and exchange rates are subject to change

The total cost of the entire process

The above-mentioned costs do not include the consular fee for the visa, which amounts to € 135. This fee is paid directly at the consulate in the country where the application is submitted.

The employee is responsible for covering the cost of their own flight to Poland. There is no requirement to purchase or present a return ticket.

Preparation of documents for obtaining a work permit (applications, copies, powers of attorney, contracts, guarantees, etc.)

The fee must be paid into the bank account after employment qualification is completed and before submission of the documents to the State Office for work permit.

* The fee is non-refundable if the State Office refuses to issue a work permit.

2000.00 PLN

The second installment, covering the issuance and processing of a work permit, must be paid prior to submission of documents, guarantees, and security to the State Office. The payment shall be made into the bank account no later than the day before the submission of documents.

5000.00 PLN

Visa assistance – initial application and appeal in the event of visa refusal

The service includes:

completing documents for the visa application,
providing a guarantee,
purchasing required travel insurance,
booking a flight ticket,
preparing letters and supporting documents for the consulate.

The fee must be paid into the bank account before the visa process begins and after the employee has obtained a work permit.

This fee includes the cost of mandatory travel insurance, flight booking required for obtaining a visa, and related expenses.

*In the event of visa refusal by the Polish Consulate, the fee shall be refunded to the applicant’s bank account.
